Asking me photo and all other stuffs. Still not sure about payment because I m under hiring process.

Common scam. They will send you a fake check, have you spend some of the money and wire a large portion back to them. You will find out a few days later the check was fake and you now owe the bank the entire amount (in the thousands).

General rule of thumb, if you have to pay, deposit in your personal account... Not legit. I defer to a debit card for banking, I also don't send my DL, SSN or Bank info...big red flags
