Given the prolonged delay and the fact that the product is yet to be delivered, I find myself in a situation where I can no longer wait patiently.
Moreover, during this time, I have realized that the size of the 12MM ICED CUBAN LINK CHAIN, 16" is not suitable for my needs. Unfortunately, as the product has not been delivered, I am unable to initiate a refund through the standard process.
