- - Emails repeatedly say they don't accept my insurance, then they do.
- - An automated reply system prevents responding about medication and insurance.
Where do I begin? Dozens of fake emails a month that say they dont accept my insurance, just to find out they do.
So then they get me on medication I need, then say AGAIN they dont take my insurance. But how do they tell me? An automated email you cant respond to.
If they are to take mental health seriously, this cannot happen. This is more harm than good.
So without warning you all of a sudden do not accept one of the USs largest insurance providers, how do I get my depression medication? I guess I dont, and since youre not humans - you dont care.

Preferred solution: Fix the problem. If you do this, it’s on you to coordinate to make sure someone does not lose their medication. What you do is dangerous and should be unlawful.

Its ridiculous theres not even a human to answer the phone at this supposed medical site. I paid them so much money and they stopped renewing my Prescription for some thing I cannot go off-line without winning. They left me hanging and wont answer the phone and are not responding to my emails its a very disappointing.

I asked to cancel my account because I couldn't afford it. They talked me into suspending.
When I got charged again I emailed same day to politely explain I couldn't afford the service and to please cancel my membership as I had first asked and refund. LITERALLY DAY OF. And they refused basically saying they couldn't do anything.
And this is a mental heath service. Geez...
