He then sent me a contract for the roof replacement that I assumed would have that price listed. I stupidly signed the contract thinking that this was a reputable and honest company. Mr. Brown had added $445 of additional services and material costs WITHOUT ANY EXPLANATION NOR MY APPROVAL!

I paid the bill because I am an honorable man.

I gave the US Army 30 years of my service and I am a senior citizen.

I have requested that Century Roofing provide me a detailed invoice (needed by my insurance company) and a copy of the estimate Mr. Brown showed me on the day he did the estimate.

I would like a refund of that EXTRA $445 above this estimate plus a detailed invoice from Century Roofing listing each service and material provided and the cost of them.
