I have been playing Kingshot for several years and Im a loyal customer. I wasted lots of time, energy and money on this game.
I get busy with work but I play this game nonestop. I happen to log in my account one day and they accuse me of refunds and now my account says banned. Id like you guys to resolve this issue so I can go back and play my game in peace. This is very unprofessional and Im very unsatisfy as a loyal customer.

I'm trying to log in to my Kingshot account with no help! Customer support isn't supportive at all.
I've spent time and money on an account/city in a Kingshot kingdom that I can't connect to now for some odd reason. I've tried all the links possibly associated for login, but every time I try, it just starts up a new account/city.
I wasted hours for what? Quite frustrating, in my opinion.

I made several purchases last evening in game. As I did last month.
All purchases were made through Google play. Last month I made many purchases as well. I noticed last month that I had three or four extra charges to my Google play. I chocked it up the a clerical error on my side somehow and just accepted the charges even though I am meticulous with recording my spending.
This month I made several purchases and since I didn't want the same issues as last month, I wrote down each charge as I made it. I also monitored each email to every purchase and in game they send an in game message in your system tab in your inbox. That was when I noticed I had three extra charges than what was in my inbox. Sure enough, I tallied each purchase and they had made three additional charges to the cost of almost 32 dollars.
Incidently, that was about the same exact amount as last month. I contacted customer service in game and they asked for screen shots. I sent the screenshots of my Google play purchase log and the the inbox in game purchase record and showed there was three additional purchases than what was in my in-game log. They completely ignored me after that.
I filed a report to Google play and ended up here.
I am more than irritated as this is two months in a row now. I can no longer enjoy the game nor my many dollars in purchases as I cannot trust the company.
