Poor salesmanship

Upon walking into the business I noticed how unfriendly the employees were. The man behind the desk never spoke, he just gave me a "wish you would drop dead" look.

The woman was somewhat better but not much.

I won't be doing business with them anymore. If they don't want customers they should lock the doors and go home.

This issue has been resolved. The $241.40 has been credit back to the credit card.

This is no reflection on the company but on the person they have working there with no people skills. I will not every do business with company as long has Mr.

Max works there. He is not the kind of person I want to deal with.

Have now recieved a call from Max and he said he had credited the credit card account. We will wait and see. He also said my husband could have the weed eater and he told him he didn't want it because it was leaking gas and he had already went and bought another one from Webb's in Covington,TN.

My husband bought a Stihl weed eater from Century Equipment in Dyersburg, TN. Have owed 2 in the past and purchased a new one with a 4 year warranty with it.

Had it about a week and used it about 15 minutes one time. Gas and oil was put in it by Century. Brought it home and filled it up with gas below the cap.then hung it on the wall in horizontal position. When filling it up noticed there was gas on the table where i filled.

I just thought I had spilled some on it so I cleaned it and hung up. The next day came back and it had leaked gas on the floor. Carried it back to Century and the man there said it was not leaking it was flooded. It was operator error.

I wanted a new one or my money back and he said he was not going to do neither one because nothing was wrong with it. He kept weed eater and put a paper under it to check for a leak. We never buy another STIhl or anything else at Centruy Equipment Rentals. Pluse this is the rudest man I have ever dealt with in a business.

No people skills at all.

DO not buy anything from them. STIhl should not allow this business to sell their product.

I worked there. Max or Maxine, as I like to call him, was the rudest more piece of crap owner you could ever ask for. This review doesn’t surprise me one bit.
