Century Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram Auto Service Review from Lake Saint Louis, Missouri
- - Took my 2006 Chrysler 300 to Century Chrysler for airbag recall.
- - After pickup, center dash lights were off and staff declined fault.
I took my 2006 Chrysler 300 to Century Chrysler Dealership for airbag recall work. All dash lights were working when the car was taken in for recall work.
When I picked it up a few hours later.....the dash lights in the center of the dash no longer were lit, i.e., analog clock, heat, fan and air controls. I called upon returning home and was instructed to bring the vehicle back to the service department, which I did.
The Service Manager checked it out and said it wasn't they're fault and would do nothing about it!!!! Where do I go from here to have them admit they are at fault and to make it good?
