Century BMW was too incompetent to fix a BMW X3 that I had brought to them to fix. When I refused to give them more hours to diagnose it, one of the technicians deliberately busted the glass sunroof to retaliate. He closed the interior slide so I wouldn’t notice until after I left. When I called Century to inquire about this incident, Ken told me that it was an “act of god” and that they were not responsible for it. George and Tracy Jones should be ashamed of how they conduct business!

Yeah, I made a $2,000 down payment on a Rover yet I’m not a good enough customer to get one yet. I feel like I was ripped off because this happened 2 years ago and I don’t have anything to show for it.

Stuck up and tacky customer service to say the least. They have ties with every attorney in town and it’s best to not support Masonic Kîkes!
