- - Room wasn't cleaned at check-in and towels were on the floor; a door key broke and replacement took days; nearly $3000 paid.
We rented a spot in Ocean City on 131st St. and it was a mess.
We checked in at 3:30 and the lady told us it was ready we get up to the room it was still dirty its still had dirty towels on the floor. Then we called and we told them that the room was still dirty and nothing was done. Then one of our keys to the door broke in the door because it was used a lot and the next day I took it to the lady at the front desk and she said they had to go make one and come back later on that day. I went back later on that day and she said she couldnt get one because they had to order it and its gonna take a couple days for them to get it back.
She did not go try to make a key she was sitting at the desk all day every day. She has a key but she just didnt want to give it to us.
We paid Close to $3000 to come to ocean city and have a good time but its been a headache with this rental ever since we got here. Last year we rented another one but that was amazing this one was not I will not ever recommend or ever come back to this place ever again theres a lot more stuff that I need to say but I will talk to somebody about that
