Century 21 Mortgage

I don't have any business with them I don't have a mortgage nothing my payment to terminayeah submit to Terminix went to them at 3:20 plus dollars establish they cash to check and they will not return my money.

I'm wondering if anyone is having the same problem with this mortgage company. Bought a house through them and was talked into a home loan with their company.

I have tried to be patient and understanding but no more. They repeatedly send late notices and now a default letter. They must be insane! As I have paid thousands to them in advance with each payment that includes a payment coupon and separate check for each month.

Hmmm let see, how much effort does it take to log in the correct month and payment to be applied to your loan! i had already paid off 2014 so now they have received double payments for multiple months .Who's taking those payments? Well the discussion I had with the bank personally looked at all those payments and said good god what are they doing? I have sent certified letters to New Jersey and asked repeatedly to send something in writing showing exactly where any payment in 3 yrs was late or non existent.

They will not answer. By law they have 60 days. First request ignored. Second request ignored.

This is causing such stress and heartache. I am now contacting fbi and an attorney and wonder if anyone else is having this problem!

There should be a class action suit submitted. This is inexcusable!
