Century 21 Four Seasons was the listing agent on my house I bought it was listed as being on city sewer after going through 30 of waiting for closing I was about to sign the papers and then they give me a paper to sign for a septic permit .I was like it was advertised as being on city sewer big difference between city sewer and a septic tank you would think a company such as century 21 four seasons Gatlinburg tn would know the difference .Now Century 21 four season's listed my house for sale and posted 30 photo's of my house on Trula web site and it is not for sale at this time .Not recommend at all .

Loss:
$1
Cons:
  • Lied on listing
  • Told me it was on city sewer and it is not
  • Will not remove 30 photos of my home
Reason of review:
Poor customer service

Preferred solution: Take the 30 photos of my house Trula and post not for sale as they have it posted for sale

Good that you had sense enough to actually read and question things at a closing. Most people just sign whatever is put in front of them.

A similar thing happened to me a few years ago concerning the pro rata property taxes. They had it wrong.

I refused to sign and quashed the closing. Congratulations.
