You read & teach yourself, no customer service on phone or chat
Courses are mostly written material with few if any videos. You need to read everything like a book and teach yourself.
No live chat customer service that works and no phone numbers available for company to call and speak with customer service.
Only 1 email available on entire website for communication with this company.

Preferred solution: Have a phone number available to speak to customer service over the phone. Or live chat that works. Offer classes with videos and people either recorded or live online actively teaching their courses.

Enquiry re IAHT
Well I'm extremely disappointed that staff didn't know what associations are affiliated with the courses they run, IAHT is dissolved and I was about to renew my membership with them. Sent them an email rang them 4 times and staff were absolutely clueless. Still waiting patiently on someone to respond to me.
