BEWARE PF PHILLIP HENRY AND 5 STAR FENCE & DECK!

I hired Phillip Henry and his company only to be lied to and ultimately ripped off. Don't believe a word that he says and whatever you see (as far as prior work photos), you better get a second and even third opinion. I have never known anyone that would go to any length to get whatever he can to take your money. The job was contracted back in July, 2014, and the job is still not finished! CROOK,CROOK,CROOK AND MORE CROOK!!!!!!!! I sincerely hope that more consumers that have had any dealings with this man and or his company will come forward!

Dont trust Phillip Henry

Phillip Henry was employed by my company and in the short time working for me he lied, stole and tried to rip me and my customers off. Luckily I was able to stop the dishonesty before it got out of hand. We were able to complete all the jobs promised. There is no length this man wont travel to rip off good people. Recently I received a report that Phillip is working for 5 Star Fence and Deck. One of his customers emailed us looking for info to pursue legal action for not completing a job. Phillip uses home advisor to generate leads. I advise anyone to STAY AWAY!

I would like to know how you can legally put out people's Social Security numbers, date of birth, Drivers license number? Ever heard of Identity theft. This web site should be sued. I understand the complaints. But putting out information like Ss# are illegal. I am filing a complaint on this web site. You should be ashamed of your selves. Yes he did wrong. But did you know his 3 yr old daughter had a liver transplant almost died. He as been through a lot. People fall on her times. Give the guy a break! I just can't believe you put out all information on these guys.

he uses several different aliases to the people he scams while he stills the identity of anyone of his "partners" as he tells the poor souls who tried to invest any type of trust in him while in the meantime he is stealing their identity. he takes advantage of widows and veterans in the name of God and our great country.

he is a coward and the world will be a better place when he's locked up which will happen.

he is truly a sociopath and I feel bad for anyone who does any business with him. and the sad part is besides the people he screws over his family is going to suffer in kind when he lets them down like I'm sure he always has

Paid money and they disappeared.

I contracted with Phillip Henry in March to have Bagley Fence do my fence. Paid $3,500. After calling almost every day for a month after the deadline, they sent a crew out to put in the posts. They used salvaged materials and also installed them at the wrong depth, wrong spacing, wrong location and not even lined properly. For the last two months, they will not answer my calls and Kris has sent me two emails promising service within a few days, but nothing happens. Now they have moved all the materials and business assets to Kris' personal residence and I think he is conning poor people out of his house. DO NOT GOVE THIS COMPANY MONEY. If you did, contact the BBB and the State Attorney General's Office and file complaints.

After working through the BBB, I got nowhere. Unless the Bagleys answer the BBB response, nothing happens.

Go straight to Small Claims court. You can file in Williamson County Precinct #3.

I am filing a suit a criminal report with Williamson County, it is very important that we get as many people as possible to fill out a report of his criminal activity so that even if we can't get our money back we will at least have a chance of seeing him in prison and stopping him from doing this to anyone else. I wish I could but I was personal named in his bankruptcy. If I file criminal charges against him it is considered harassment.

Still very passed off that he did this.

There is a Yelp complaint that was posted after the bankruptcy. He is still doing business; stealing money and nothing can be done about it.

Dexter - this company stole $3500 from me - cashed my check & never came out to install the fence. I have contacted the BBB & the Attorney General office.

We need to stop them from doing this to another person.

I also contacted Fox 7 to a TV interview. Please do the same thing so that we can put an end to their crimes!!

Phillip Henry of the Cental TX best fences and decks

Phillip Henry did not uphold his contract to build a deck for me in a timely manner. To begin with, he had 5 days to get ready to start building my deck. He did not start on the first, second or third day of the contract. I gave him a check for $2300.00 and he has said that he would refund the money for 2 weeks but, he has not. I will be taking him and his boss, Delores Hanlan to the small claims court on Tuesday 6/28/2011. This individual is a *** and I want everyone in the State of Texas to know of his practices.

Phillip Henry did the same to me. We agreed on a contract and I submitted a significant down payment for a deck project in September 2014.

It is now January 2015 and I'm unable to get Phillip Henry to fulfill his part of the bargain. I'll be in contact with the state attorney general regarding him. Something must be done to get this guy behind bars.

This guy is now affiliated with Family Fence and Deck, just so you know. I had an issue with him and it's been resolved but took a lot longer than it should have and was only resolved when I involved a third party. Ridiculous.
