This Telephone Companies Web Mail is like something out of the late 90's. When you call their office in Eldridge, no one knows anything about their Web Mail and they transfer you to a third party in Texas that the did know where they were located and then you sit on indefinite hold.
Their answer for their poor operating Web Mail is to go get a g-mail account. HA!
Why do business with them at all. They know nothing about technology
