Don't do Business
This Telephone Companies Web Mail is like something out of the late 90's. When you call their office in Eldridge, no one knows anything about their Web Mail and they transfer you to a third party in Texas that the did know where they were located and then you sit on indefinite hold.
Their answer for their poor operating Web Mail is to go get a g-mail account. HA!
Why do business with them at all. They know nothing about technology

The source of this posting is a disgruntled customer who has been invited into our office for meetings with management; he has chosen not to do so. Personally I've reached out to him.
As the GM of Central Scott I'll be the first to say we make every effort to satisfy all customers.
His focus is on a third party component of our Internet Service we offer for free. It is what it is, not perfect but certainly not a reflection on our core competencies.
