Billed for undisclosed charges
Just received letter from Humana PPO that they denied claim from the dentist.
Management specifically informed no work was to be done without full disclosure of cost made to me prior to my giving authorization for any procedures were to be initiated. Work was done for which i received a bill that of which i did not authorize and would not have authorized! I was not told of this work not fully covered under my insurance and i would not have authorized it had i been informed as i had been promised!

Have heard nothing from the billing department since Humana PPO denied service since it was not authorized! Absolutely no response.
Will not respond. Absolutely no customer service at all!
