Central Florida Psychiatric Associates

This is in regards to Julie culp who is located at the central florida psychiatric associates in winter park fl. Think twice abt going to the offices of Julie culp and central florida psychiatric associates. I went to Julie culp a therapist for counseling. I went to one session. She seemed nice and told me she hopes I go back- whatever that means. I scheduled an appt later only for the therapist to cancel the appt. then she cancelled it again. Then I rescheduled an appt. then I received a confirmation on my voicemail about this appointment with a different time. Then I was on my way to an appt only to call and find out I wasn't in their system. Then they tell me an appt is I open for then so I was on my way driving there and then the terrible incompetent office staff tells me that my appt was cancelled and that the counselor cannot see me anymore which is ridiculous. The counselor and office is terrible and doesn't have the decency to call patients and tell them they're unable to see them again for no valid reason. The office staff is terribly incompetent and wastes clients Time giving them several different stories and even scheduling appointments and confirming them. The counselor is very unprofessional in deciding not to see clients and not even letting them know about it further wasting time and seemingly rejecting clients for no valid reason and worse not letting the clients know about it. For your own mental health sake think twice abt going to this office and counselor it seems they treat clients like dirt and can't even treat them with a tiny bit of courtesy and decency. They had me reschedule appts over and over again and Julie culp the incompetent counselor didn't have the decency or courtesy to even call or tell the terrible office staff that she was not going to see me anymore. Very bad and inconsiderate business and patient practices.
