Unprofessional and disrespectful

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

This is the email I had to send the heads of the dealership. Andrew Floyd and Jarred are unprofessional and dishonest. beware

Good Evening Mr. Grant & Mr. Oliveri,

I am e-mailing you to complain regarding the complete unprofessionalism at your dealership. I came in today to get a refund on the deposit that I made a couple of weeks back on a Jeep Cherokee. I decided to change my mind and go with a different car. I was told originally by the sales associate, Jarred, that I could change my mind at ANY time and get a refund, I asked several times before I put that deposit down because I wanted to be absolutely sure. I spoke to Jarred over the phone and told him I had changed my mind a couple of weeks later and also told him that I would be picking up my money prior to coming to the dealership. When I arrived I was met by Andrew Floyd who angrily and disrespectfully told me that I would not be getting MY money back because I did not call them "a day or two" after to let them know I changed my mind. Regardless of whether I called or didn't call I was told by YOUR employee that I would get my money back if I changed my mind and he didn't give me a "timeline". I have never been so completely disrespected, I was yelled at on the floor like a child because THEY felt some way or the other about a phone call. Andrew felt that it was appropriate and necessary to yell and deny me my refund because they didn't make a sale and felt he wasted his time. It was disgusting and I am highly appalled at his behavior and the behavior allowed by the dealership. I was humiliated in front of the staff and several customers, it was ridiculous. I will be taking my complaint further up the line because keeping my deposit is completely unacceptable and unprofessional especially when your employee had clearly stated I could get a refund at any point.

Dealer trying to bamboozle me

I researched for car for almost two months for a Grand Cherokee Overlander. E-mailed different dealer with price quotes. Sales Manager called me from Central Avenue Jeep in NY called me asking if I purchased yet and I replied that I was going to purchase that weekend. I had a quote of $5000 down and $520.

I explained to him that a family member also wanted to by the SRT8 and a coworker was interested in a Compass. I gave him there personal information for their negotiations.

He offered $5000 and $515 a month out the door for 72 months. We agreed on a purchase price of $5000 and $515 a month out the door for 72 months. (About $33500)Agreed to extended warranty bring price slightly higher.

Wanted Jeep in red with black interior but none on stock. They ordered it and I was told it would take about 4 to 6 week. After 4 weeks waiting I called for update and was told it would take 6 to 8 weeks. Received call after 8 weeks that car arrived.

When signing the loan paperwork I realized that they raised the price of the car without telling me by $4000. 71 payment at $515 and a balloon payment for $4500. I explained to them that was not the price negotiated with the sales manager (Andrew Floyd). Sales person (Michael LaBooty) stated that he thought I agreed to price. I stated NO! Was referred to Finance Manager (Danny) who tried to convince me that it was the best deal they could give me and I replied that that may be so but it was not the sales price offered by the Sales Manager. Asked to speak to sales manager and was told he was not there. So I walked away from deal because I felt I was being bamboozled.

Following day Sales Manager called to try to convince me that was the best price he could offer and I replied that it was not the price he offered. He stated that the conversation was two months ago and he did not remember. I did not feel like he was telling me the truth. I researched the dealer and found complaints of that dealer and Sales Manager doing it to others, so I said go good bye.

Sales managers name is actually Andrew Floyd. A busy guy when ever you call and visit.

So my assumption is there are alot of complaints or unhappy customers. I signed the contract gotta deal with whatever this vehicle does for me but TRUST me they won\'t ever get any recommendations. Not even my most hated rival, enemy or a freakin *** bag would get my recommendation for this dealership. Should\'ve kept it moving when I left.

***. Lower Westchester and Bronx Folks please listen and don\'t bother with these folks you\'ll get a much better deal at Whiteplains or Riverdale.

they had this GIMMICK sale November of last year. Basically you choose what you're willing to pay monthly.

All "BS"..................I was hestant at first but they wanted me to trade from Hyundai Sonata for a Grand Cherokee after wasting all day. My deal was a *** one. You gotta read the fine print people. I thought i was financing 72 months but it's actually 75.

They promised me a Navi w/rear view camera but when I look over paper work a charge for $1400 mysteriously appeared with no explanation. Not once was I offered an extended warranty but they wanted me to pay for something they said they'd include. Needles to say still unhappily in this *** vehicle. Has had issues with AC unit.

Complained about suspension and rough bouncy ride but was told they are all like that. This was day 2 after I traded for this ***. Sales Manager Anthony Floyd told me that this wasn't Macy's and that if I thought I could just leave this vehicle mind you I just got it saturday and was back *** about it MONDAY. This was not going to happen.

Mind you finance company had no idea who I was. MY GUT feeling is I could've but since I don't know these laws they GOT me. Horrible dealership. Theres more.

So I take vehicle for service one month and a day later for bouncy rough ride. They tell me I need front end alignment and that I am responsible for it. Needles to say it took 2 days of leaving my vehicle there but it was paid for by dealer but problem never solved. I took to another JEEP dealer in Whiteplains.

Turns out my back SHOCKS were busted and leaking. Problem solved much better ride since. All aboput the MONIES and screw the consumer. Iam a hispanioc male with a great paying JOB and sense but that goes to show you can still get robbed.

Any dealer in which you see the owner involved is NOT A GOOD one. All about making that sale.

I can't stand these people if there were no laws against shooting people I'd have wasted them all. TRUST me don't deal with this dealership.

westworld1 what do I do next time I run into a problem where I really don't want the car because of this and that? i can live with the deal I signed.

This is affordable although cost me 2k out of pocket i can live with being ripped off but don't believe my investment will last me the length of contract. Since you seem to be an expert tell me what do I do next time.

OMG :cry You people need to educate yourself...all you need is on the Internet to get best price. DO NOT get in rut of how much you are willing to pay monthly.

Get bottom line price of car...you figure out the monthly payment. Go through Internet sales person once you know what you can afford. TELL them what YOU will pay for the car.

Be prepared to walk out. They will call you if your price is in the ballpark of reason.

I need folks to read this complaint of mine and spread the word. This is the only way these folks will listen. Crooks would be nice to get a car w/o all the middle man ***.
