I visit the Library in Conway Arkansas daily. Im very quiet and vey respectful of others.
Theres a big open field out back and i go out there to smoke. Employees of the library have been seeing me smoke out there for months and havent said a word. This morning one woman comes out there and tells me i cant smoke out there. I was very polite and sad yes maam.
I went around the side of the building where theres a designated smoking area. She came out there and said it was for employees only. Ok. Here goes.
Didnt want to do this but... Theres a guy that lives next door to the Library which maintains their flowers n plants for them. He smokes wherever he wants to. Next to doors leading into the Library whatever.
No one says anything to him. Also there was a homeless guy named Joe. He was cleaning up around the Library for them. He would come into the Library drunk n high and shout obscenities around kids.
I mean you could hear it all over the Library. They would only get onto him if someone complained. No complaints and they would let it go on. I have a recording to prove it.
Another homeless guy just this Sunday cursed out one of the Librarians. Again kids were present. They made him leave but he was right back the next morning. If it were me id be in jail.
Theres obviously one set of rules for some another set for others. Shall we talk about how Joe was getting paid but creative bookkeeping shows he wasnt.
Lets also talk about the memory cards content he was supplying some people with. Hmmmmm???
