Awful customer service. i do not recognise this company nor do i even know why i am being charged.

they refused to refund me even though i dont hav an account with them at all!

they said it was registered under my email but i guarantee you if they tried to show evidence of use they would not be able to.

I am trying to lodge a consumer affair fair trading complaint however they dont have a phone number so i am not able to lodge. what a corrupt, suspicious company behavior
