CentOS
At mail, Software E-mail
I reviewed there software and tried their on-line test, but the test didn't work. I was told, not to worry, the on-line testing thing was new, but the full program is great.
I told them of my servers, and they said it runs on anything unix CentOS software. And even if it didn't work, they had a 30 day, "If it doesn't worked like we say, we will take it back" policy. I was pointed at that many times. Well I bought the software, but on day one of their install, their installer e-mails me.
Sorry, you will need a full upgrade of your CentOS software to the next version. I told him the cost to do that wouldn't work for me, so lets cancel the order. Now I paid for the software, and they didn't install a bit of software, he saw the version, and stopped. I requested a refund.
10 days, I call, and they say they are working on it. 15 days, same story, 20, 25 days, same story, so I get a little mad. I push the point so they inform me they wouldn't give me my money back. Their policy?
Junk. They just keep the money.
I had to go thru Visa to get my cash back. Watch out for these guys.
