Verified ReviewerMy delivery experience was explosive
The person who brought my box order dropped it in front of my door and I leave my front door open and heard a loud bang like someone dropped a bomb and I realized she. (A blonde middle aged woman driving a white suv/mini van) had dropped the box to the floor without bending over and placing it on the ground.
WELL in that box is very fragile long pasta and I was sure it was broken into bits.
Thank God for the bubble wrap only one pasta was broken but this worker need reprimanding for her unprofessional handling of my valued product. ![]()

Boycott Cento Products
I bought this at Acme on Bershire Valley Road in Oak Ridge, NJ on 9/28/2019. Imagine my surprise when I went to use and noticed the expiration date of 06/28/2018.
Brought it back to the store and bought a different brand. Spoke with the Manager of the store and he said Cento representatives stock and maintain their own product. I wrote to Cento today to complain and explained I would no longer buy their products. Basically an answer back saying they apologize for the inconvenience and that they would send me another can of anchovies.
I said no thank you and that I stated I would no longer use your products. Also added that I am outraged at their response.
Boycott All Cento Products. They do not care about the consumer!!
- Poor customer service & product quality
Imagine finding this in your food
Imagine eating a jar of these artichoke hearts only to find a full 1inch roach at the bottom.
The jar of Cento Artichoke Hearts was purchased from a Shop & Shop in NJ 2 days before this happened. The jar was completely sealed before hand, with the plastic seal around the lid, and was consumed in 1 sitting, which means the roach must have entered it at the factory.
I have filed a complaint with the FDA and the company, but something tells me that as with most product complaints, unless somebody dies, little is done.
Its not like finding a hair or an ant...is it?!?
