Center stone Therapy

When dealing with this company it can be very difficult. You must keep on them and confirm every piece of information multiple times for them to actually get it correct.

They have 2 rescheduled appointments without telling me, they do not update customer information (like having a new number) when told, they do not tell you when the therapist are sick or unable to be at the appointment. I called 2 hours before the appointment to confirm and they confirmed, took the payment for the appointment. I drove an hour to the appointment, and waited 15 minutes after the appointment to find out the therapist wasn't there (not the therapists fault), I had to drive 45 minutes back home. I called the next day and stated my anger, they did not offer me a refund, did not offer any compensation.

They do not communicate with the psychiatrist when they need to. They do not apologize for their actions. You have to called multiple times for days-months to speak to someone higher up in the company. Make sure you keep documentation for every time you have spoken to someone or left a message, because they will deny it all.

Their turnover is horrendous, there is always new therapists. If i could afford to go to another place I would in a heartbeat.
