Bad Female Asian Phone Rep Should Be Fired

AI Highlights
  • - Called the CDC for legitimate information.
  • - The caller filed a complaint urging the representative be fired for hanging up.
Updated by user Sep 19, 2024

Still not resolved. Some reps there are very good, some are very bad and need coaching/training.

Called for legitimate information the CDC provides. A very rude Asian lady hung up for no apparent reason.

I called back again, I must have got her again, because there was dead air despite my saying hello several times. I stated that I would file a complaint about her to her supervisor unless she answered. She did not and I filed the complaint, stating she should be fired. She not only makes her job easier by hanging up on people, but also makes her colleagues and in this case her supervisor work harder by making them do the job she should have done.

I hope they located her and fired her (I gave the needed identifiers about myself). This representative made the CDC look bad and tried to hinder a customer's health and safety information.

If you get a rude female Asian representative, ask for her supervisor and request she be fired (if she hasn't been already, and I hope she has been for the safety of others). What a mess!

I find this Covid thing just being a political manipulation piece

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - They claim Covid was used politically to influence the last election and boosters are unnecessary.
  • - CDC is cited as saying natural immunity is better.

Covid was used by the Dem party to manipulate the last election. I'm sure it will conveniently be used again just before the November election.

The part who needs a 4th, 5th, 6th booster is nonsense. Even the CDC is saying natural immunity is better (obviously it is). I mean how many boosters does one need? First off it's not a vaccine.

It doesn't prevent anyone from catching anything. It may possibly at best depending on how many boosters you've had ease the severity of getting sick.

Plus seen and heard way too many things happen in people who've taken the shots. Me i'll pass.

User's recommendation: If possible use natural immunity.
