- - Dr left; told I'd get a new doctor.
- - Waited 2 hours, discharged by a Black woman who yelled and was unprofessional, and I won't go back.
I usually go to Center For Disability Services and so far it hasn't been a problem but then my dr. left.
I was told that I would just get a new dr. and was fine with that. Today I had to bring paperwork for my dr. to fill out and was told after waiting 2 hours to see someone that I was discharged by a black women who was yelling at me and acting very unprofessional.
She was acting so crazy that I actually (unfortunately) started yelling back at her that I was told that I was going to get a new dr. and wasn't discharged. Well apparently, if you aren't on thier list you automatically get discharged. I wasn't even told I was discharged till I came down there to get paperwork filled out - they couldn't even call me and tell me.
They were very unprofessional and I will never go back to Center For Disability Services again.
However, what scares my family is that there are plenty of people who can't walk or talk who go there and I have to wonder if they would be so unprofessional to me how are they treating thier mute blind deaf and completely paralyzed patients? I feel so bad for any family who has been harmed by this company especcially if unlike me their disabled relatives cant speak up for themselves or type themselves.
