Transfer After Transfer

The actual software is totally fine and works great! However when calling customer support, that was a different story. The first time I called I was transferred to two different people then was hung up on while being on hold. I then called back and got transferred four times, without even being told where or why they were transferring me. I finally was able to speak to a support agent who almost tried to transfer me again but managed to do the simple task I requested which was to make the payment for my account. Overall the final agent I spoke to was the most reasonable as she actually communicated with me and ended up resolving my issue as she actually tried to do something rather than transferring.
