Send what they wanted not WHAT I ORDERED

DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY: This company will treat you badly. A few weeks back I purchased from thee online shop.

I paid and it took for ever to get the stuff. When I finally got the package(more than 5 items) the Galaxy note II extended battery I bought was actually the extended battery for the Galaxy III so it would not fit my phone. I immediately called them but was told to email, then when after I was asked multiple ways (sending pictures of receipt, product I received), which took another two weeks, I was finally told yes they will replace it with WHAT I PAID FOR, however I need to send the one they sent me back first. NO shipping or shipping label would be send to me.

They would reimburse me after I have shipped it back to them. WTH. Now isn't that great service, you order something they will send you what they want to send and then after much headache only replace it with WHAT YOU ORDERED if you go out of way to ship the WRONG STUFF THEY SENT YOU back to them. Why are these companies in business?

What about Customer Restoration: If the customer was wrong you would expect them to rectify it but if the company did the customer wrong then why not restore them to what they were before they met/dealt with you. If a consumer orders an item then why not send what they ordered. UGH!!!!

Now I sit with a product that I have not had the time to go and return because I have been busy. Total time spent with this company is approximately two months and I still have the wrong product.
