$4+ ); I chose the Cellogica Creme. Received Day and Night Creme fast. But also received an added $129 charge (from Cellogica) to my credit card a week later. My Credit Card company has fraud alerts programmed and they notified me of the potential fraudulent charge. Won't waste my time calling Cellogica, based on other's experiences. My card remains frozen until I call them tomorrow to report this and to not honor payment. Bottom Line: Decent...

I Ordered the free sample.Received two products $132.90 and $102.94. No email confirmation. No paper trail and terrible customer service. Both times I called today they were having trouble with their internet. No one has any answers. Could not tell me who the email sender address was because I am pretty sure they don't send one. Total SCAM. No receipts in the boxex that told the amount Of the charges. I can only hope my bank didn't pay when they...

I couldn't get the watch or jewelry, so I opted for the Cellogica cream; I just had to pay for shipping. Unknown by me, my credit card had been charged over $200.00 for this a few weeks later. I called Cellogica and tried to get a refund. I even tried to cancel the membership. The first two phone calls, I was treated rudely and hung up on deliberately because I wanted to cancel the membership and wanted a full refund. Finally after the third...

I ordered a free trial for a friend of mine. She liked it, and I thought about ordering a regular size. Before I got around to it, I got my credit card statement, and found out that I had been billed for two shipments at an incredibly high price. As it turned out, I had received one shipment in the midst of a bunch of Christmas packages, but I hadn't ordered it.I'm returning it, but I notified my credit card company, and they're canceling that...

Brenda J My bank did the same for me, thank goodness. I was shocked for I too had just agreed to sample and 4.99 shipping charge ONLY. Had I known otherwise, never would have agreed ...

My credit card company was very leery when I made the charge to purchase the "free trial".After discussing the situation with them, I authorized the charge, but told them not to authorize any further charges (i.e. block them). The toll-free number that my credit card company had for them turned out to be a non-working one--no surprise there! At this point, my fraud radar is working over time, but I had no other means of contacting them until the...

Ordered a FREE trial set of the day/night creams. They both are okay. Not the best, not the worst. However...BWARE of their deceptive schemes to overcharge you for products worth a quarter of what they're truly worth. I ended up with almost 140 bucks charges on my visa. They even charge you 2 bucks to cancel. REALLY? They subsequently offered me a 25% discount to continue and when I refused, offered 50%. Why didn't you offer that in the first...
