A Collective Complaint helps you unite consumers dealing with the same issue, such as wrong charges, unexpected fees, damaged items, or misleading promises. This Company Is Now The Barnes Firm And Is Just As Bad

AI Highlights
  • - Ross Cellino left the company in a bitter dispute.
  • - The original Barnes is no longer around.
  • - The company advertises a lot.

Ross Cellino left the company in a bitter dispute, and the original Barnes is no longer around. So, who's left?

Don't want the minor leagues.

The company advertises so much that it makes you think that their business must be terrible to have to do it this much. I don't think reputable places have to advertise much at all, people know if they're good.

Cons:
  • Way too many ads indicating desperation for business
  • Poor customer service when contacted
  • Principal founders are gone from company

AI Highlights
  • - Drove 40 minutes to deliver paperwork; it was returned by mail in 2 days; the lawyer ignored me; I would not recommend this firm.

Drove 40 minutes to deliver paperwork instead of mailing it. Delivered to front desk, was given to lawyer who basically blew me off.

Paperwork was returned by mail in 2 days. I believe he didn't look at any of it. I needed him to see and hear me. Form letter sent turning me down without talking directly to me.

I would not recommend this firm. Are they too big to care about a now disabled man?
