Terrible product
- Sold an old ticket product that didn’t work with Cogeco; refund refused.
- Old stock not compatible; Cogeco tried to fix it.
- I want $180 back.
They sold me an old ticket product that didn't work with Cogeco. They would not return my money.
I put a bad review. They told me for 30 dollars more I would have a better product only if I removed my bad review. Cogeco has been here 3 times and customer service has tried to make this product work. It simply is old stock that is not compatible.
I want my $ back 180 dollars plus tax.
These guys are just taking advantage of people. Stay away
