I purchased smart phone, that was held in the customs for certain reason. briefly I didn't receive the products that I have paid for. So I have ask for a genuine refund, they refused to issue a refund, all I had to do is to open a dispute case with my bank, Now I am waiting for the outcome.
My advice: Do a favour and stay away from this thief.

in vineland,nj i bought a cell phone i had trouble with it. i kept the phone which was already activated and the instuctions and recharge cord.
they said i couldnt return it becase the bottom of the crdboard box was missing.

Signal strength sucks!! I'm on the Verizon network and have good coverage in most areas around the country at least I did till I got this phone last month.

GreatCall - Battery can't be changed

My roommate is on her 4th GreatCall phone. The 1st one stopped working, and had all kinds of bugs.
For the 2nd and 3rd ones, the phones stopped charging, and it turns out you can't change the battery; they have to send you a new phone -- for a price! They charged her $50 for new phone, but meanwhile she had to buy a Tracfone so she could communicate w/the outside world. If the phone had been normal, she would have bought a battery for $40 and had done w/it.
Also, they send the new one 1st, then you send the old one back; there's no attempt to transfer info onto the new phone. What a racket!

Pixel 2 sounds issue in less than 1 year that I bought it. Don't wast your money, because Google will give a option the replacement for a refurnished one, not a new one. Just problems!
