TX. I needed a new battery for my phone and this store was recommended to me by ATT.

When I went there, they told me they would have to order the battery and wanted a 50% deposit. I paid them and was told the battery would be in in a couple days, they would contact me. A week later, after still not hearing from them, I went in and was told the shipment had been delayed but they had one in their Houston store and would get it down there the next day. Several days went by, again no phone call, and I once again went in to the store.

I was told the battery was on the mobile repair truck and that the guy would come to my house that night to replace my battery. He never showed so the next day I once again went to the store and it was closed up. I finally filed a dispute with the credit card company who gave me a refund. When I posted a negative review on Google, he fired back saying I had used vulgar language and was banned from their store.

Absolutely not true!

I had seen the same response on another bad review so I guess that was their standard line for not taking responsibility for being dishonest. Just want others to know that this is not a good place to do but with, in spite of their numerous, and I suspect fake, 5 star reviews.
