The battery was working for 4 months and then had to be charged continuously. Sometimes twice a day. Does not go longer than a day with very little use on the phone.

Received battery with torn connections but still functioned, only to realize it only charged up to 60% of it's designed capacity. emailed them, no response Dug a little deeper and looked into their return policies: 1: Exclusions: (d) by loss or damage in transit.
2: Please be advise that since rechargeable batteries are consumable products, warranty coverage on rechargeable batteries is limited to not being able to hold charge (will not charge). So, they could send anyone a battery, claim it as damaged in transit and and as long as it still holds a charge (although worse than the battery you're replacing) you're SOL on getting a refund/replacement....
