I purchased the jitterbug flip phone for my elderly mom. Activation attempts have unsuccessful and Great Call's customer service and tech support were unable to assist me even after a few hours on the phone with them.
This seems to be a terrible investment and if anyone is interested in using Great Call, I'd say try another company.
I have not been able to activate the phone and the 30 return has passed. Great call was a bad call.

Re-certified my mom's phone 10/19/2018 via text, fax, and mail. Received a text that my message would be processed.
As of yet it has not! Attempted to re-certify yet again using the same processes as before. Called customer service to inquire why the phone has not been activated or is not working, the customer service person (whom I found extremely difficult to understand stated that it would take about 48 hours for them to receive my information and that I should call back in about 48 hours to check on the status.
If I sent a fax and a text, I don't understand why it will take them 48 hours to receive my information! Very displeased with the lack of customer service knowledge!

Porting one phone & adding two new TW phones to a plan. Customer support agent sent in the wrong info for the porting, resulting in the port being rejected, then canceled, forcing a 24 hour wait to retry. One new phone activated right away. The other took nine hours. firs...

I purchased a refurbished iPhone from TW's online store, and still haven't been able to get it to connect to their data network despite about 20 hours on the phone with their customer service. They refuse to send me a replacement phone, sim, or unlock my phone so I can bring it to another company. I am still unable to use data and basically paid $100 for a phone that I can only use on wifi :( My husband is happy with his service, but mine has been a nightmare.

19 minutes and a bill of $271. I gave my hospitalized sister this phone thinking she could use it.
She had trouble and apparently hit some apps. She is 77 and knows nothing about apps. No one told me when I purchased this phone that the monthly payment did NOT INCLUDE APPS.
FUMBLING AROUND WITH it she apparently activated some apps. $271 folks...and this is supposed to be for seniors...forget it ...go with someone else...
