I requested my phone number be transferred to another device. They issued a new number instead, and as a result they "lost" my phone number that I've had for several years. If you value your phone number, do not do business with this company.
All that customer service says is "sorry for your inconvenience". Losing ones phone number that you rely on for your livelihood, is a lot more than an inconvenience! Avoid (not so) simple mobile!

I purchased the jitterbug flip phone for my elderly mom. Activation attempts have unsuccessful and Great Call's customer service and tech support were unable to assist me even after a few hours on the phone with them.
This seems to be a terrible investment and if anyone is interested in using Great Call, I'd say try another company.
I have not been able to activate the phone and the 30 return has passed. Great call was a bad call.
