Oders taking way to long

I am still yet to receive my items from Celine it's well over a month now and there is absolutely no communication whatsoever from that side as to how long should I wait and just how far are my items, I've really lost whatever little trust I had in Celine and if really they are serious about their online clientele because really this is just totally unbecoming.

User's recommendation: very weak communication with clients, online administration is very slow.

I've been promised that shipping would commence on the 27th of September 2021 but upon checking the items progress it's still pending. At this point I'm really not impressed or have any future interest in having transactions with the company I mean call me unreasonable or something but it's well over a month now the order was placed on the 2nd of September and we are well into October and still I have not yet received my items.

Was absolutely embarrassed!

Hello, I was shopping in Seoul last weekend and was excited to go to the Celine boutique in Apgujeong-rodeo in South Korea. I wanted to buy a new trapeze bag to cheer myself up due to this craziness with Corona virus and everything. I was waiting for my friend to arrive via taxi while I was outside and I noticed 5 of the sales workers just huddled up together at the door looking very unapproachable. While I was waiting outside on public property on the sidewalk outside the store one of my friends decided to snap a picture of myself next to the building. To my horror and embarrassment the worker came outside and scolded me telling me I cannot take any pictures OUTSIDE of the store on public property and then told me to leave!! It was the worst treatment I have ever received from a Luxury boutique. The Seoul Apgujung rodeo store needs to be friendlier to customers and how dare they say I cant take a picture outsider the nerve of them. And they wonder why their shop had no customers inside it..

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE: http://www.handbagscelineusa.us I ordered a bag on line through an overseas company, when the bag arrived it was the wrong color. I ordered and tan "coffee" colored bag, but what arrived was a forest green bag.....NOT tan/coffee colored bag. When I reached out to the company to tell them they requested I send them a photo of the bag I received. So I did. They then told me I could send the bag back but if it got seized by customs they would NOT refund my money. I asked repeatedly for the return address to ship the bag back to them for a refund. It clearly states on their web page that they will except returns, and only require you to contact them within 7 days of receiving your product. I followed this and contacted the the same day I got the bag. It has now been a month and half of back and forth emails with them and they are still refusing to send me the return address. And the last email I received from them, they asked for photos again, and then tried to tell me that the green bag was a tan bag. And that I was not able to tell the difference between tan and dark green. I am very frustrated and keep getting conflicting communications with the customer service person. I still have not been told how to return the bag or given my refund. I am now out $360.00 USD
