I have order sofa set first of all both dad and son provided me and my family horrible customer service. Company and their staff was so un-organize that when i went to complain that they are two weeks late.

One staff member openly told me we are working on it stop coming in again and again it will be delivered when it is ready. we can not provide any time. The date promised i got my sofa set 3 weeks after and horrible customer service.

sofa was not as described. i was promise ashley bed and later told it should not have been there

I purchased a sofa set they had advertised and it didn't last 2 months. I called numerous times they kept promising someone will come.

They had given a 6months manufacture warranty, after a number of calls they did nothing. I was driving by one day and noticed they changed their name to Gta Furniture Direct. But, they are the same owners, when you google that name https://www.facebook.com/GtaFurnitureDirect it leads you to an address in Brampton. Seems to be someones house.

Something fishy is going on with these owners. I recommend everyone thinks twice before entering that store.

Worst store. Staff lie constantly. Ignore phone calls.

I purchased a sectional couch. Was given 1 year warranty. After 5 months foam ripped on the inside on one side and caved on the other.

After calling and arguing a dozen times they finally accepted one section of the couch for repair.

After countless phone calls and weeks of them postponing the couch to be fixed from one week to another they tell me come down... I promise it will be ready

I drive down with a trailer to pick it up.

They had me sitting and waiting for 30 minutes for some guy to show up..

After discussing in their language about my couch for another 10 minutes completely ignoring me

They tell me sorry we will deliver next week I promise I promise.

More stalling .. more countless phone calls

They tell me that if they don't make good on their promise I will get my money back.

Finally they deliver my couch.

Not only was it not repaired they put *** in the couch and the "fix" looked like a child did it . Horrid.

Told them to take it back.

After countless phone calls . Arguments

Not to mention not returning my phone calls..

They said it can't be fixed. If I want it back they will deliver it. Or they can put $200 towards anything else in the store.

As in buy another hunk of junk and deal with their terrible customer service

Their lies of warranty promises.

This ordeal has been going on for 2 months now and they still have the other piece of my couch

If anyone reads this and is sick and tired of these scammers and their lies

Lets work together and shut them down

if people ban together they will be out of business or they will refund people's money

I am asking and pleading.

If you can help me shut them down

Or make them pay please contact me

I spent thousands and thousands of dollars for products during a one time purchase. Less than 6 months my table and my sofa break and these guys keep telling me that they'll "come tomorrow to fix my item" but it's been 3 months since they said that and they don't even answer my call anymore they pickup if I call from private or another number.

I just want my products fixed or my money back.

Poor customer service, liars and cheats. Products = you get what you pay for.

And they have recently changed their name "management change" but we all know it's cause they want to get rid of their bad reputation. GTA or Celestial or whatever their new name is avoid this unless you want some extreme stress and high blood pressure.

I Bought a bedroom set from Celestial Furniture almost 4 months back. Its rail was broken as my son was playing, I called Celestial furniture and took their advice, they replaced the rails without charging any amount. I will very highly recommend their sales and after sales services.

Best part is that they responded very quickly and within 3 days my problem sorted out.

I am very soon planing to buy another bedroom set for my son and living room set also..I will very definitely buy from Celestial furniture and also request others to buy furniture from them..

BOUGHT RECLINER SOFA HAD SOME ISSUES WITH CHAIR IT WAS BEND FROM 1 SIDE.

YES IT TOOK THEM ABOUT 10 DAYS TO REPLACE THEM AS THEY TOLD MY I CAN USE THE OLD ONE AS SOON AS NEW ONE CAME I GOT REPLACEMENT WITH NEW CHAIR.

YES THEY ARE VERY BUSY STORE BECAUSE OF THEIR CRAZY PRICES MY SISTER BOUGHT THE SAME SOFA FROM BAD BOYS FOR $1500.

I GOT ONLY FOR $1000.SAME MANUFACTURE EXACT SAME SOFA.THATS HOW THESE GUYS ARE FOR THEIR PRICES.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They never answered their phone when I tried to call to inquire about my furniture delivery.

I realized they were ignoring my call when I called from a different number exactly 1 minute after I called from a number the store had on file.

Another big disappointment is the absolute disrespect and rude attitude I recieved from the delivery driver who did not deliver my furniture until 11pm. I would not recommend this store to ANYONE this was the first and absolute last time I will purchase from this store.

I was looking for custom made sectional for my home, one of my friend suggest me for Celestial furniture when I visit there store they help me for style and fabric selection.They came to my home to take proper measurement and suggest for fabric which is matching with my home interior. When I got the delivery qua jury was as good as they describe me at the time of sale I am quite happy and I suggest to my other friends who are looking for furniture

Damaged furniture and multiple non deliveries after being promised a minimum of 10 times, please do you research before buying here. There are no positive reviews and only multiple complaints with no attempt to resolve.

Not sure how long this place has been in business but let's hope no one else needs to go through this nightmare. The issue was not the damaged furniture and the length of time it took to get the furniture.

The issue was how rude they were after getting the money and not fixing their own problems. The biggest complaint was the multiple promises to fix and deliver the furniture only to find out they haven't shown up and on a few occasions called to say it would come tomorrow and still never show up.

We have purchased bedroom set with mattress. After putting the deposit, & requested a delivery date.

Not that they forgot about the delivery, they were also extremely rude to not accepting that. However, we requested the delivery again for another date, they missed that date again, & wouldn't give us the exact time & date of delivery. On the 4th promised delivery date, they finally made it with increasing the price abit too. Once we check all the boxes, we realized they missed one of the boxes.

After calling them, they promised to bring it to us, but failed to not only bring the box, but also never called us or informed us that they can't bring it. No matter how many times we called, they never picked up the phone. We're hoping to get the box delivered tomorrow.

We will never ever go to this place again, & wanted to warn anyone out there to not visit this place.
