No one ever called me. So yes, I am disappointed.
Not sure why they make you write 100 words in order to get this to be accepted.
But yes how are you supposed to get replacement parts if you dont get called back. I waited on hold for 2 hours before I decided to put my number in for a call back.

So I called the company and their phone goes to ...please hold we will get to your call soon as possible, I waited for about 30 minutes then it also gave a prompt where you can put your phone number in and they will call you back so I did that finally and its been about 11 hours now and I have not received a call back so yeah not too happy with this company.
