- - Grease Monkey quoted $129.99 repair and $29 inspection; fee waived.

My Ac went out on my car... summer ouch...
I took it to try to fix at grease monkey they told me it would be $129.99 to repair and $29.00 to inspect. After inspection, it could not be repaired by them they waived the fee. I took it to the dealership $97.00 for a diagnostic; they informed me that it is the compressor and would be $1800.00... I looked for a fan the worked in a car found these guys ordered a cooling fan it came on 6/18 I wanted a return day one as it was nothing like described.
Unfortunately got busy with work and kids, I figured a 21-30 day return policy, I called on 7/2 no answer, so went on holiday for the 4th of July and decided to handle this when I returned on Monday 7/6... I emailed ask for an RMA and the response was unbelievable... to days later, their response was NO. Ask to speak to someone with authority and again no reply, the only people that won't take their own product back are the ones that know it's not worth what you paid.
I will not do any further business and would ask others to not work with this company. To this point, I have not spoken to a representative in person or email except for them to deny the return in a short unpleasant manner. Its just really sad to work all week and to buy something to help only to be cheated and lied by a company where no one will help or offer any solutions...
