Sunday November 6th my husband and I went to the movie in Norfolk Nebraska and never in my life was treated so poorly in my life as we were at that theater!!! The movie started at 12 noon, we got there at 11:24 am the doors were locked, we could see employees talking and playing on there cell phones, we knocked on the doors, as the doors were locked and it was cold outside, and we were totally ignored!!

When the guy finally opened the door he said we don't open till 11:30, not a minute before and we said we are older seniors and can't stand that long and it's cold , he ignored us, then we got our tickets and food and went to find the movie, no one was there to take our tickets so we went on in, then 8 minutes before the movie was to end people were coming in for the next showing at 2:00 while our movie hadn't ended yet, and one lady said I was in her seat and I told her no I wasn't because she was early for her time and our time hadn't ended yet!!!

Guess no one was at the counter to take her ticket either or to tell her the previous show wasn't out yet, needless to say I missed the last few minutes of the movie because everyone was confused about what was going on !! It was totally confusing and your staff could of cared less about what was going on !!
