Customer service is horrible
- - The puzzle frame is missing pieces.
- - Message to the seller received no reply.
- - Calls to Buffalo Hames end automatically; the reviewer wasted money.
I just bought the Thomas Kinkade Harry Potter Diagon Alley puzzle. I cannot even finish the frame as it is missing several pieces.
I sent a message to them with no response.
I have tried to call their parent company Buffalo Games, and the call is automatically ended. I feel I have wasted my hard-earned money on their crap!

So I have bought all but one of the DC COMIC Thomas Kinkade puzzles I have put 4 of them together 2 of the 4 had one Piece missing I’m very careful about my puzzle pieces!

- - Walmart no longer has the puzzle; no receipt.
I called the phone # for Ceaco puzzles warehouse that is the # given to call with an issue. I was told to contact Walmart or the manufacturer.
I do not know who the manufacturer is. Walmart cannot help they no longer have the puzzle Im looking for. Plus I bought the puzzles over the years as they were released so I doubt Walmart would do anything?
I do not have a receipt. Its very aggravating to spend hours on a puzzle only to have one piece missing when finished!!

I just finished or thought that I finished one of your puzzles only to find out at the end that a piece is missing. Yes, I looked on the floor, in the box, in the bag that the puzzle came in and everywhere else that I could think of.
I'm not real happy right now as I like to seal my puzzles, when finished and display them. Unfortunately, that's not something that I can do with this puzzle.
The puzzle is #1 in the box of 3 numbered 3571-5. What now?

No phone number to contact. I am very disappointed with this company.
No response on cancellation of the Discovery Channel. I thought that this matter has been taken care of. We have blocked any further charges for Discovery Channel. I feel that they are crooks
They are fast to charge you, but they are very slow to end their service. Everyone needs to be weary of their practices.
