Unable to complete my courses that I purchased
I purchased the Ohio LICDC bundle (40 hours) which includes clinical supervision and ethics for $175. I completed half the bundle, then went on vacation, when I came back, am unable to find and complete the rest of the bundle in order to receive my certificates, please help! It did not state that this was time limited, and I had to complete the bundle in certain amount of time. I should not have to re-purchase the bundle in order to complete it.

It was a charge on an auto renewal that I did not even realize I did. So they were going to refund me however this happened back in 2016 so they would not refund me the $29. You are only allowed one refund. I do not like auto renewal its not right. I would never have purposely set up an auto renewal.
