DISPLEASED HOME OWNER

After several HOA meetings with the CDC management they pretend not to know what they are doing in the sense that what was said during a previous meeting could not be recalled during a current meeting. Also the management back-paddles on their commitments.

They blatantly lie when home owners reveal the truth about their previous commitments. Any community should avoid hiring them as HOA management. They are a bunch of cheats and rip-offs. Within a period of years the CDC management have increased HOA dues and have not rendered any of their basic services to improve the community.

They are so unprofessional.

CDC is the Worst Management Co. for HOAs

This is the worst property management co. you don't want to do business with.

They lie and then try to cover their mistakes by making fraudulent documents. The owner and their "head" management personnel do not recognize their poor customer service. Basically, this company is filled with uneducated hateful people working with your finances. Owner has no clue on how to run a successful nor happy environment for its employees.

Therefore, the employees take out their frustrations to the customer.

Do not let them get ahold of your financies - they will spend, spend spend, with no concern whatsover to the homeowners that work very hard for that money - and this company just pockets as much as it can get it's dirty little hands on. Avoid using this company to manage your HOA or your condo.

Interesting comments. CDC has been my management company for many years and I haven't encountered rudeness or the "***" people that have been referred to in some of these comments.

I do find that there are different levels of knowledge in the staff, so at times the person I'm speaking to may not have the answer right away.

The hard part for me being an owner in an HOA is exactly that, I don't have all of the control.

I've been part of the board and would say that most of the spending by any management company is at the direction and plan of the HOA board and the property's budget.

Nuff said!

Actually all of this information is a scam by a reputation consultant who recently contacted CDC and created these posts to entice CDC to hire them to fix this problem which they fabricated themselves in order to sell their services. Now that is indeed a fradulent company

I agree with the original post. In fact, they hit the nail on the head about how they treat their employees as well as their homeowners!

I know first hand that "They lie and then try to cover their mistakes by making fraudulent documents" is TRUE and yes they do this to their employees too! Oh, and "Therefore, the employees take out their frustrations to the customer!" also true!

VP and Office manager are RUDE RUDE RUDE. BEWARE!!!!

Three years after the original post, I would completely agree that the business model for this organization is rudeness. The entire relationship is adversarial.

Rude association management. I just be weary of purchasing a home that has an HOA attached to it.

It's like marrying into a highly disfunctional family for life. Perhaps CDC is not unique in this industry?

I can relate to what the person is saying I have had my share with cdc and all they do is completely rip you off. I have been charged 3 times for unjustified bills that they have produced and its about time that we and other home owners are not going to stand for it anymore.
