Bad camera

5 day old camera wanted me to send in to check out. They should of sent me a new one. Bad business practice. We're talking about security here. By giving up one of my cameras one zone would be down. Does that make any sense? Hey Mr. President we won't have any security on the west wing because a camera went down and we have to send it back and WAIT! That would never go over. So why should anyone have to wait and have a zone down when we are talking about security?? Bad company! Where's the 30 day money back no questions asked guarantee?

anybody that has a cctv security system knows that cameras go out from time to time. some are still in warranty & others are not....the easy solution is to buy a couple of extra cameras for when this happens & then you don't have to worry about having a camera not expensive solution to an all to common problem, remember that these products are all produced by the same country that we all love to hate!!


This is not accurate. If a camera arrives defective within 30 days of purchase it is our policy to send an advance replacement with prepaid label to return the bad camera. I suggest that you give us a call at 888-653-**** x4.
