Bad camera
5 day old camera wanted me to send in to check out. They should of sent me a new one.
Bad business practice. We're talking about security here. By giving up one of my cameras one zone would be down. Does that make any sense?
Hey Mr. President we won't have any security on the west wing because a camera went down and we have to send it back and WAIT! That would never go over. So why should anyone have to wait and have a zone down when we are talking about security??
Bad company! Where's the 30 day money back no questions asked guarantee?

anybody that has a cctv security system knows that cameras go out from time to time. some are still in warranty & others are not....the easy solution is to buy a couple of extra cameras for when this happens & then you don't have to worry about having a camera not working...in expensive solution to an all to common problem, remember that these products are all produced by the same country that we all love to hate!!

People that brought DVR / NVR from CCTV security Pros who wasn't satisfied with the customer service, product/ price, go to V-MAX Watchdog website.

A dishonest merchant selling poor video cameras
I ordered a high end 3MP video system for my home. I hired a professional installer, but the system ,after installation ,did not function at all.
We spent many hours over several day calling tech support, waiting hours for a return call, then working with them We were finally told the system as sold and delivered would not work. I returned the system and asked for a refund.
I also contacted the CC company and filed a dispute. They did not respond to the dispute but just waited 30 days and rebillled the CC.These people are bad news!

This is very hard to imagine. We have been in business for 10 years and have tens of thousands of happy customers. We would have not lasted a day if we conducted business that way.
