Upset about ineffieciency

My order had been placed and when I went into the portal, it said that there were no orders pending. However, since I had not received my order, I knew one had to be pending. I got a message from CCS asking me to call them back since they had a question!!! They did not tell me what the question was. Only had me call back to be on hold for 30 minutes. When I called back, the one question was, "When was your last Dr appointment?" Couldn't they have told me what the question was when they called on the phone? Inefficient. Like most companies these days. The question was "when was your last Dr appointment?"

No, they cannot leave any specific information on your voicemail other than who they are and to please call them back. The most specific thing they can say is it is regarding your medical supplies.

Poor service

Ordered diabetic medical supplies 3 weeks ago, and the order has not been filled. Every time I call, they say that it is the doctor's fault; however, I have the doctor's office confirmation numbers of the received prescription.

Poor customer service from an associate

Yelled at me. And never was sent paper work or email messaging. Should be some one in the company who oversees this issue affecting their company

Rude associates who answer the phone and are very rude

I have waited since December to get a Libre2 reader. Kept getting told it takes five days, NOT SO| Don't remember the associates name but he was terribly rude and screamed at me. I received the sensor kits . they were sent 1/6 2010. I have been waiting and waiting. I was also told to fill out the paper work. It was never sent. I was unable to do it online. A few days ago I was unable to use my previous sensor on my arm. Called again last night and a very kind lady answered the phone. She looked over my complaints and was very kind and helpful. She is going to correct the problem (hope so}. I do know the first letter of name was an A.

Extreme wait time on phone

The only way to ask questions of CCS is via the phone. When it's auto answer picks up, it tells you your wait is 2 minutes. An hour and 50 minutes later you're still waiting. This has happened repeatedly. Then the people that answer are usually very friendly, so you don't want to give them a hard time. I don't have time for this!

Problems with Dex Com G6 device

The receiver for my G6 glucose monitor fails to work several times per day, indicating problems with the sensor or receiver. The reason I obtained a Dex Com G6 was to eliminate the use of my glucose meter most of the time. Now, I am prompted to use my meter more often than I did before I had the G6. Thus, the G6 is of little use in avoiding finger sticks. Besides that, I may not be receiving test strips now that I have the G6.

Complaint about DEXCOM, not CCS Medical.

As a G6 user, I share your grief. Be aware that all CGMs are sensitive to the WiFi environment because they operate in close range to those frequencies.

Because the FCC clauses interference acceptance as the norm for these devices, we are all between a rock and a hard place. I find that using my Ipad is notorious for causing disconnection.

Worst Medical Supply Company Ever

Zero accountability from staff. Poor customer service. They outright lie to you on the phone to get you off the phone. They do not start paperwork on orders in a timely manner, causing their patients to run out of Diabetes Supplies. It took them more than 2 weeks after placing an order for my 12yo son's to even start the paperwork required (Rx from Dr and Insurance Prior authorization). In the meantime, he has run out of supplies. There are children and elderly running out of medical supplies because of this company's gross incompetence. It is almost criminal! STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
