SOLD VEHICLE W/known DCT issues full value!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

When I bought my 2015 Hyundai Sonata, ECO I WAS NOT informed about the DCT issue with the car!....I just got in the mail the other day a law suit that is currently in the midst on the issue! I am pissed because had I even known of the issue, Like my recalled airbag on my VW, I WOULD NEVER have bought this car, I mean that is like the who running part of the car!

WTF??? I'm so pissed and well the car had about 18,000 miles on it and now has about 35,000 - the car is now beginning to make a weird noise in the engine which I am getting looked at this Thursday!...........but got this notice on this issue! I didn't even get a car manual and they told me to buy it and would reimburse me - NEVER SAW THAT!...........I went to the website for the issue and it is unclear of what "I" can do because the car already had 18,000 miles on it and the site shows discounted pricing????

and well now I have this issue arising! Carmax USE TO BE GOOD in the EARLY 90's now they are just out for the money!

THey promise things they don"t deliver. THe coupon deal is A total rip off.

By the time you pay potage to and back ,your better off to go to A web sight for coupons and down load them yourself.

They send me books i don"t want.Tell me if I don"t want them to send them back.If I forgot in the 30 days,I"d be in debt for the books .Now I won"t even accept anything from CCA

This appears to be a phishing Scam

Also related to 339-502-**** they appear to be a phishing company who can reverse look up your phone and *** it, then get to your address book once you hit 1 to get them to remove your number.

Once they got me to respond by hitting 1 they captured my number and it was all down hill from there. People in my contacts list have started receiving calls from these numbers directly after my call. They ask for personal information about me and personal info on anyone who picks up.

Good luck if you get to the bottom of this let us all know.

I also received a credit card from CCA that I did NOT apply for stating that they would take out $200.00 electronically from my checking account.

I have tried to call the number that is listed on the "Approval" Letter and can get no one to answer.

They constantly are asking for personal information and trying to activate this "CARD"

I am very angry that I can not get a LIVE person on the phone. Contact your bank and also put you name on the Federal NO-Call list. This so called company is trying to rip us off. Lets not allow that to happen.

I just called in a panic that a collection agency was calling me. I DON'T OWE ANYONE MONEY and was worried about having my credit score damaged. When I refused to give my personal information without knowing what this "collection" was for, the lady hung up on me!

Guest

Bad guys. Bad guy.

Don't fall for their *** trickery. You all work hard for your money.

Don't let these thieves take it away from you. Thank you.

This "company" uses a robo-dialer to entice people to call them by telling them it is regarding "a time-sensitive matter." They NEVER put anything in writing or contact you via the mail. They *** you out of your SSN, bank acct.

info and other private information, then they give you a "credit card", telling you it has an $8,000.00 line of credit on it. What they don't tell you is the card is only good for merchandise in their own catalog. They WILL auto-draft funds from your bank account without your consent. They will steal $99.99 for a "start-up fee", $99.99 for "insurance" and $99.99 for some other service that doesn't exist either.

File a complaint with your State's Attorney General's office.

They violate the No-Call list law and the laws forbidding robo-dialing. They WILL be prosecuted by your State and you may receive a substantial amount of money when they are successfully prosecuted and fined.

Cca - Beware!

cca pitches "credit repair" - "good reporting"

All lies - credit card catalog is full of cheap goods

and you are buying from the "company store"

Preying on anybody with credit problems.

Avoid at all costs! Report them as spammers if you

get any internet offers. Dealing with CSR's in a terrible experience. This is nothing you want anything to do with no matter what your financial situation. Better yet, report them to FTC or U.S. Attorney General's Office.

We were sent a "so called" credit card we never applied for, from a company I have never heard of.

What a joke! Receiving a credit card I did not apply for, from a company I have never heard of.

Thankfully, I decided to check online and found that they have been ripping people off for quite some time now. THey have to be stopped. I have called my bank and had my account flagged, in they event they have somehow accessed any of my account inforrmation and suggest any of the rest of you do the same. I intend to take this matter as far as I can .

This appears to be a crime. If so, it needs to be punished.

This is a serious matter.

CCA First National Card, What A SCAM!!! BEWARE

As many people that I've read about on this site recieving too goo to be true offers of up to 6,800 in "unsecured" credit, I decided to look into it before I made any attempt to ever activate the card. Thanks to these good people who are generous enough to lend us their insight, I was able to avoid even calling the company which in any case would have waisted my time.

The funny things that I noticed about this card, was the fact, I never applied for it, I'm UNEMPLOYED and that their mailing address is a P.O.Box in Las Vegas, Nevada. Not too sure of some people who've been to Vegas, but for the 2 hours I was there waiting for the next bus, I was surrounded by scam artist, I may be dumb as a box of rocks, but I ain't F*@#'N enticed easily, I'm one of those people who need proof before I believe something (except for my religeous beliefs). I hope that the people who took the path that I took and decided to look into this RIP-off of a scam read this warning and make the right choice and don't activate your card, cause once again, I never applied for it, never activated my card and my checking account has already been hit (not sure if its this company or not, my bank is supposed to be getting in touch with me about it).

So please, don't be fooled, it if sounds too good to be true, believe me, IT IS!

Can we help in anyway.... We will get our attorney to collect for you!!

I received the same offer and called and asked for information on the company and they said that it was a credit card. I received a giant book in the mail and then it was told that I would only be able to use it for their products.

So i called them back and asked for my "account" to be closed, and for them to take me off their listing and i cut up the card. I never heard from them again but they are appearing on my credit report as a "credit card" and that I am past due with a high balance and i never purchased anything. Be wary. I am pissed and i am contacting the credit bureaus so that they can be removed becuase i never opened an account with them.

They already can get your credit report if they got your information from another company that you did apply for credit with. I suggest you make attempts to get them off your credit report as a fraudulent account becuse they can affect your credit.

Unwanted credit card

i recently received a credit card from this company that i did not request and do not want. i find this action to an offensive intrusion upon my privacy and my right to voluntarily seek the services of CCA.

if this is a routine practice i believe that it should cease immediately. it is intrusive to the average person's privacy.

it also compels a person to unknowingly participate in a financial agreement that is not in their best interest. i strongly advise CCA to discontinue any efforts to issue any credit cards to me and i decline all offers.

Cca employee just read

Honestly speaking, I am a current employee with cca actually I work for the Benefits and Card Services Department. None of these people on these websites complaining have ever received full membership so they have no idea as to the legitimacy of our business.

I was reading a review and this guy is talking about how a rep stated that we can get his mothers checking acct. info to activate his cards. Untrue, i personally had a call like that and a customer was clearly trying to give me his mothers checking acct. info.

I ended the call informing customer to call back with his own personal info. I logged it in the notes for the next rep to beware.

We also have a monitoring dept. who listens to calls and calls are being recorded for quality control and servicing purposes.
