Called and booked an appointment from a living social deal. Was to they would call between 8-11 on the day when they were on the way.

Called 2 days before to confirm. No answer. Left a voice mail. The day of came.

I took a day off work. 1030 rolled around, called no answer. Left a message. 11 rolled around, called.

No answer. 12 again the same. Left a nasty message.

Worthless company. And no customer service

I am a former employee with CCA Cleaning Solutions and I'm strongly suggesting everyone not to use CCA Cleaning Solutions for no kind of service whatsoever! The owner, Eric Coleman is not only an unfair individual with his customer's, but he's also an unjust employer,as well as a hypocritical Christian.

I'm still fighting for pay that is due to me! That I have worked hard for! That he, through all the legal red tape of his attorneys and fake *** paperwork is denying me my hard earn wages! CCA Cleaning Solutions work ethic's are very unjust and unfair!

Take it from someone who has trained crew's in Atlanta as well as N.Carolina! Eric prefers to do cash Job's over voucher Job's or Free Maintenance jobs. The PET Treatment process that he administers to his customers is only Antibacterial Mr. Clean that customers can buy themselves at any cheap retail store.

He will charge $50 or more for pet treatment, but customers can pay $5 to $10 for the same pet treatment process.

Eric truly don't care about the customer or your service! All he care's about is your $$$$$!!!!!

my name is Nicholas I work for cca cleaning solution they r a big scammers....they tell u they have pet packages nth like that juss some Mr clean an some fabulous....they r they worst company ..an the boss Eric is not license to work in Atlanta@...so people if u want to clean your carpet dnt use this company they r a bunch of liers ....I work for the company an all they do is sell u a dream ....ask them to show u want they are using ..on it carpet an they can't. show u ..Eric is a rip of from north Carolina to ohio

CCA Cleaning Solutions

This organization conducts business in a manner that is remarkably unprofessional, and warrants a warning to consumers entertaining any thought of using them for any of the services they offer. On our initial experience with them, they were unable to accommodate our preferred dates and then on the date they chose as a preferred, they were unable to conduct the services at the property and cancelled.

We had to reschedule the carpet cleaning, and move in ready cleaning service to over a week after the time frame we required. When they concluded their tasks, the cleaning team left hardwood floors covered in dirt throughout the home, bathrooms were left un-serviced, floorboards remained dusty and the kitchen and fridge services were considerably underwhelming. Even after specifically addressing the dusting of blinds and floorboards prior to scheduling the service, and directly with the cleaners on site, they left many of them unattended to. When they completed their carpet cleaning service, although some of the larger stains were partially removed, the carpets remained substantially soiled and spotted throughout.

The stairs were damp but no signs of service were visible. It appeared the tech simply addressed larger spots, not remotely inclined to be thorough. We addressed our concerns with the tech. After using a filthy towel to try wipe up a few of the pointed out stains, his was response was there was nothing further he can do.

After a more complete inspection of the work, raising our concerns with the owner, providing photo evidence and essentially two days of dispute, the owner set an appointment between 1-5pm another day with 1 hour notice before their arrival.

We received notice 35 minutes before the arrival and the tech arrived WITHOUT a carpet cleaner. Overall: unprofessional, untimely, inconsiderate, clearly inexperienced, and most importantly; unwilling to reasonably mitigate their mistakes.
