Resolved: Phil Wichman Scam Artist
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Apology.
Phi Wichman knocked on my door and inspected my roof for hail damage and told me he was local but when I looked up the company on the folder he left it says they are from Salt Lake City. Phil is a liar and a con artist.
Preferred solution: Nothing, they lie and people should be aware of it
