Refund request not granted

I purchased the full course plus labs for 1,200 on 1/23/2024. I watched the first part of the A+ course.

After I saw what was offered I determined that I was not happy with the product. I contacted my sales representative the very next day on 1/24/2024 at 6:28 am with the email: I have been given access to part 1 of the A+ certification course. I have reviewed it and determined I would like a refund.

He sent my request to Eleni Richards, who works on the Administrative Support team. She was not in the office on 1/23.

She replied to my email today 1/26 instructing me that refunds are not given and that I must complete the course and fail the test twice (the test cost is 258 dollars)

If I fail twice, she will then issue me a refund.

I regret doing business with this company. I was not happy with their courses after I tried it out.

SCAM They only want your money

A Ron Borders contacted me pressuring me while I was planning my wedding non stop calling and for this A+course. He said specifically would there be any reason you couldn't complete this" and I said Yes I am planning my wedding.

He continues and finally under pressure and duress I signed up. They can check their Recorded calls on this. So in between I tried to log in had constant issues and they are eastern time so trying to get a hold of someone is hard unless you do it while at work. They are not there on the weekends for help either.

Needless to say I called asking if I could have a few months extension and Of course Dominic the Director wants More Money!

I would Never recommended this company Ever. Scam they only want your money people.
