Horrendous customer service.

Ordered a shirt in the wrong size. Immediately sent the a message asking them to change the size and they responded saying, "Yes you ordered medium." Sent them a new message asking them to change it and they ignored me until I got a "product shipped" message. Now can't return it because it's a "charity item."

And if they had taken the return, they would not have refunded the (not inconsiderable) shipping charge, might have taken a $5 "convenience fee" (their convenience I assume), and I still would not have the right size.

If you buy anything, be absolutely certain that you're getting what you want or they'll screw you over.

I have not received my merchandise or spoken to anyone at the CBS store-they don't answer the phone or respond to emails. If you ask to speak to a human-you get a bot, that responds with"we received your message and someone will be with you shortly-they never follow-up!

I went online to chat with someone-apparently that was a bot too. It tired to get me to sign up for IT support for $1.00-really, IT support!

Broken mug

I ordered a mug and it arrived broken. Cannot reach a human to get an exchange/refund no matter what avenue I use. Disgusting.

I cant place my order

I couldn't place order after 5 times. Tried ordering "Is Potato," shirt on Stephen Colbert site.

Finally after 7 tries , it went through. I would have loooooved to have spoken with someone when I looked up you number though. NFG Customer Service #. Especially from a long time CSR.

haveanumberwithaperson at the end. Heck, it's what I expected.

The original item was returned to them. They then shipped it to the proper address.l I do not know if it arrived yet. You are never able to speak to a person, only bots, and they were still very unhelpful.

I went online to buy a "Young Sheldon" sweatshirt for my 105-year-old great aunt. She loves the show.

I put in the shipping address and hit "Purchase" as I looked at the final order- it had autocorrected the street address. So I immediately wrote them to cancel that order or to have them change the shipping address. Here is the automated response I received five days later:

"We apologize for the inconvenience. Thanks for taking the time to contact the CBS Store.

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change the order once an order goes into processing. This includes the billing/shipping address, shipping method, quantity, size, and color of apparel, and to cancel the order completely."

So WHAT? They are not going to do ANYTHING for me? Such BS.

I spent $50 on this item.

SO I finally got a response after PayPal refunded my money. They were going to send it to the correct address Five Weeks Later but they were not willing to change the size. I wanted it one size smaller than the original order. Again, I get that automated response.

Do Not Order ANYTHING from this company!
