I ordered 5 jars of your product and did not find them to work! I had no plans of reordering nor did I ask to join to continue getting your product that I know of!
If I did, it was accidental! I do not want anymore of your gummies. I got a call from my Credit Card company that you tried to charge $250.00 that I didn’t approve.
I denied the charge and am asking you to cancel anything you have that you think I requested th continue getting your gummies and discard my CC # and do not charge me for anymore of your product! Thanks, Jo Ann Landry

I received an order that I didn't place, but I only received 5 bottles, although the packing slip says 7. Can you correct the number of bottles that I am supposed to receive?

Ripoff Alert
I just had the displeasure of having to deal with BlissRoots. I caught their ad on Fox News for 2 free bottles of a new (supposedly) CBD formula in a gummy bear. The ad stated I would receive 2 free bottles plus free shipping. Foolish me, I fell for it. When I got to their site, there was no mention of 2 free bottles. They wanted to sell me 3 bottles for $39.99 and I would get 3 free bottles. I thought the order would include the 2 free bottles. After I had put in my credit card information, I was able to see into my cart. I was not happy. My cart not only did not have the 2 free bottles but there was no place to cancel the order or email/call customer service. The net was $39.99. I do not want these 6 bottles. I only want the 2 free bottles to try it out. They went ahead and billed my credit card for $239.99. I was more than pissed. I notified my credit card company that this is a fraudulent charge and to charge back the entire amount. If I had a phone number for customer service, they would hear from me quite loudly.

Fraud
ordered $35 bottle and was charged 35 plus 297 and after 3 weeks nothing has ever shown up. Reviews are very bad and they give you no way to get in touch with them--Stay away from this scam! Someone needs to stop this!
