Customers service failure
Wanted to get special subscription offer, as a tech challenged senior, was unable to do so. CBC used to care about us seniors, clearly, they no longer do.
Seniors like myself need assistance with tis computer stuff. Such a pity, I love CBC programs, want a premium CBC subscription, but I need a live human voice to walk me through the set up, and CBC no longer does this.
